If there other players you are planning on playing with please enter yes and we will place you on the same team. We need this information before the outing.
Please provide e-mail addresses of all members on your team if you have them so that they will receive confirmation message, instructions, and other notifications about the outing.
Payments are processed by PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal for payment.

MEALS important!  
If you indicate payment on the day of the outing, you will be contacted one week before to confirm you are coming so we can order your meals. If we cannot contact you, we will not order any meals for your team.  You may still play but we cannot guarantee meals will be available. If they are not, our cost for the meals will be deducted from your fee.

UN-PAID NO SHOWS who have confirmed they will be in attendance will be sent a bill for the meals.

 

important!  
PLEASE READ "ALL" OF THIS. Check-in is 0800 - 0845 if you do not pay in advance, please arrive early.
Although you do not have to pay for your registration until the day of the tournament,  after completing your registration you will be directed to our payment screen where you will have the option to pay for your registration. Check-in will go much smoother if you pay in advance. You may pay by check mailed to our post office box or pay on-line by credit card or bank transfer VIA Pay Pal.  Please help us to order your meals by paying in advance.
Full refunds for cancellations until May 25th. After May 25th, $30 per person will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of our non-refunable expenses.

IF you are going to pay by check, DO NOT SEND CHECKS AFTER  "MAY 25th" Bring them to the golf course or pay on-line using the link in your confirmation email message.
