We have some exciting news to share with all of you. Two acres of ground in a very visible and high traffic area has been provided to the Allen County Veterans Memorial Foundation on which to build the Allen County War Memorial. The location of the site will be announced on a date mutually agreed upon by the donor and the Foundation.
This is a major development in our mission to build the memorial. We have also met with an architect in the Washington D.C. Area to begin the design process.
Our 2016 Golf Tournament is at Hidden Creek Golf club on Armed Forces Day, Saturday May 21 9AM.
Registration is open now. As an enticement for you to register early, one of our board members is donating an Annin 3 x 5 nylon American flag with embroidered stars and includes a wall mount spinning no wrap flag pole. The first 12 golfers to have their registrations paid for by “APRIL 23” will be entered into a special drawing for this flag and pole.
We are looking forward to seeing you on Armed Forces Day at Hidden Creek Golf Club. Register here: Golf Tournament Registration
